Most items were nicely packed and with the item number on a sticker. However some small/lowcost items were lacking any identification. This could be improved. 
No frills experience. Place the order online and you receive what you ordered, in a very transparent process.
Product arrived undamaged i am happy with that, to get all stars next time would like to be better informed on the tracking during the shipment.
